Property management services for OLEA are provided by Dart Real Estate, located on the ground floor of 89 Nexus Way in Camana Bay.
Hours of Operation
The property management team is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays.
Tenant Contact Information
In addition to basic information, every tenant is required to provide an after-hours emergency contact number, in the event of an emergency arising after normal business hours. This information can be updated through the Tenant Centre. Please contact your Property Manager if you need assistance.
